Futures Quest, hosted by the North-American Interfraternity Conference, is a two day interfraternal institute for newly-initiated Fraternity members. Held in the winter, Futures Quest focuses on leadership development and personal leadership styles. Participation is limited to men who pledged Beta Theta Pi in spring 2005 or fall 2005. Beta Theta Pi, as a whole, sent a record-breaking 87 new members to the program in 2005, thereby increasing the program from one to two sessions.
